The relationship between you (the donor) and Parvaaz Foundation is one of voluntary support. You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of this site by any third party.

3. Donation Policy

When making a donation, you confirm that the funds provided are your own and are derived from legitimate sources.

• Voluntary and Non-Refundable: All donations to Parvaaz Foundation are strictly voluntary and generally non-refundable (subject to our Cancellation & Refund Policy). Donations are utilized at the sole discretion of the Foundation's executive body for its stated objectives (Education, Relief, etc.).
• Currency: All donation amounts and transactions on this website are processed and displayed in INR (Indian Rupees).
• Refund Policy: In the rare event of an erroneous double deduction, please refer to our Cancellation & Refund Policy and contact us within 7 days.
• Zakat Allocation: If you specify your donation as "Zakat," Parvaaz Foundation will strictly utilize those funds for Zakat-eligible causes (e.g., school fees for underprivileged children) as per Islamic guidelines.
• Tax Exemption: Donations may be eligible for tax exemption under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act. Please ensure you provide your correct PAN details to receive the receipt.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images (including student photos), and videos, is the property of Parvaaz Foundation and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use this content without our express written permission.

5. Limitation of Liability
